Overview

This new 10-day programme focuses on the strategic thinking and leadership behaviours that a high-performance organisation needs to guide it to a successful and long-term future. Aside from the strategic perspectives, the programme also concentrates attention on the high-performance management activities which ensure that people are sensitively and effectively led – especially through the principles communication, high performing teamwork, interpersonal skills, motivation, and coaching to achieve results. It provides practical leadership skills, along with the insights needed to adapt principles to specific work environments.

The Structure

This comprehensive programme consists of two modules which can be booked as a 10 Day Training event, or as individual, 5 Day courses.
